I’ve been a crafter and creator since I was a little girl. My mom taught me how to quilt, and with her help, I made my very first quilt in third grade. From there, I went on to make several more throughout my childhood and teenage years. But it wasn’t until after college that quilting truly became a passion.

It all started when some of my coworkers invited me to my first quilt retreat. That weekend changed everything. I was immediately drawn in by the creativity, the camaraderie, and the sense of connection. The idea sharing, encouragement, laughter, and support I found at those retreats left a lasting impact. Thanks to those amazing friends and coworkers, I fell in love with the quilt retreat experience.

Since then, I’ve dreamed of having a quilt and craft retreat space of my own—a place where others could experience that same joy and inspiration. In 2022, we purchased this home and began renting it out as a vacation property. Then, in January 2025, I invited some family over for a quilt retreat. We had an incredible time together, and that weekend sparked something in me: the time to make my dream a reality was now.

And so, this retreat was born. We’ve poured love and intention into creating a space where you can create, connect, and rejuvenate. Whether you’re quilting, crafting, or simply unwinding, we truly hope you feel the same warmth and inspiration here that I felt on that very first retreat.
